June, 2022 – The Orchard officially opened its doors to the public with a ribbon cutting ceremony. City of Azusa and County of Los Angeles officials attended the event, marking the culmination of this transformative mixed use project located in Downtown Azusa. The Orchard boasts 163 luxury apartment units and approximately 33,000 square feet for retail.
