November 2, 2023 – Henderson 515 Logistics Center has officially broken ground! This project marks the first development project in Las Vegas for Serrano Development Group in fifteen years. Henderson 515 Logistics Center is an approximately 110,000 square foot industrial building in Henderson, Nevada. The site is situated in a prime location adjacent Interstate 515 offering convenient access to the freeway.
The Edgeway Ribbon Cutting
October 26, 2023 – The Edgeway officially opened its doors to the public with a ribbon cutting ceremony. City of Bellflower officials and community stakeholders attended the event, marking the culmination of this transformative mixed-use project located in Downtown Bellflower. This project marks the second major investment by Serrano Development Group in the City of Azusa. Lumia is a mixed-use multifamily development located in the Downtown Azusa Transit Oriented District and consists of 127 apartments and approximately 12,000 square feet of ground floor commercial/retail space. The site is situated in a prime location adjacent to Downtown Azusa’s Metro L-Line Station offering convenient access to public transportation. This will be a cornerstone project of Azusa’s downtown redevelopment and vital for the economic growth of the community.
Edgeway Groundbreaking
December 15, 2021 – A formal Groundbreaking Ceremony took place and it was a success. The Mayor of Bellflower, City officials, lenders, staff and investors were among those present for the ceremony. Edgeway is a mixed use project consisting of 91 luxury apartment units and approximately 15,000 square feet of premier retail space. It sits across the street from the future Downtown Bellflower MTA station and in the heart of the Downtown Bellflower commercial district.

Pacific Empire Builders breaks ground on new office for County of San Bernardino Department of Children and Family Services
January 2, 2018 – Grading commenced today on a 44,000 square foot office building being developed by Serrano Development Group, built by Pacific Empire Builders, for the County of San Bernardino Department of Children and Family Services. The project sits on approximately 4 acres on E Street in the City of San Bernardino and is expected to deliver in the third quarter of this year.
County Facility Completed
December 13, 2017 – Pacific Empire Builders received its Certificate of Occupancy for a 22,000 square foot office project in the Town of Apple Valley today. The property will be occupied by the County of San Bernardino Transitional Assistance Department.
Newhall Crossings Breaks Ground!
