Transitional Assistance Department Site Paving Complete
August 18,2017 – Congratulations to our team in Apple Valley for completing the site paving milestone for our new 23,000 sf office space for the County of San Bernardino Transitional Assistance Program. Pacific Empire Builders is on track and planning to have the building complete within the 4th quarter of 2017.
Apple Valley Breaks Ground
February 21, 2017 – Pacific Empire Builders is pleased to announce the beginning of construction on roughly 21,000 sf of office space for the County of San Bernardino Transitional Assistance Department. Pacific Empire Builder has joined forces with its sister development company Serrano Development Group to develop and construct this project. Construction is estimated to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2017.

March 10, 2016 – A big thank you to the entire team for everything that was done to get this project completed in 17 Months! Pacific Empire Builders and Serrano Development Group have yet again, proven to make a great combination! In the emerging market of Panorama City, Ventura Canyon II stands 5 stories high with a total of 34 units. Soon after completion, approximately 100% of the building has been occupied. It seems the community has truly welcomed our building in as their home with open arms.
Jefferson Square wins 2015 Gold Nugget Award

The winners of the Grand Awards were announced at Pacific Coast Builders Conference today and Jefferson Boulevard Apartments Jefferson Square was declared the 2015 recipient in the category of Best Affordable Housing Community (30 to 60 dwelling units / acre). The project is located in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Los Angeles and was completed in November of 2013. Pacific Empire Builders built this project for developer Thomas Safran and Associates. The project architect was William Hezmalhalch Architects.
Pacific Empire Builders gets final signoffs for Geneva @ Hughes Apartment Project

Pacific Empire Builders obtained its final approvals for Geneva @ Hughes today. The project is a 27-unit, market rate apartment building, located in Palms, CA. The project is immediately adjacent the Palms Station of the soon to be completed Exposition Line extension.
The project was developed for Geneva Street Partners and is NOW LEASING!
Pacific Empire Builders breaks ground for Enterprise Rent A Car at LAX

Pacific Empire Builders commenced construction today on its third parking lot facility for Enterprise Rent A Car at LAX.
The 2.5 acre project is located immediately adjacent to a 4 acre lot (Bellanca Facility) completed for Enterprise in 2011.

PEB breaks ground on Ventura Canyon Phase II

Pacific Empire Builders commenced demolition on Ventura Canyon Phase II, a 34-unit market rate apartment project in Panorama City for its sister company Serrano Development Group. The project is projected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015.
