July 14, 2016 – The 49-unit apartment project has broken ground in North Hollywood, CA. Construction is planned to run through 2018. The building will stand 5 stories high and will have two levels of subterranean parking. With a vibrant sculptural art installation, the building will fit right in to the Noho Arts District.

The City of Los Angeles issued its Certificate of Occupancy for Del Rey Square. Pacific Empire Builders completed this 125 unit Senior Housing Project for Thomas Safran and Associates. Del Rey Square marks PEB’s sixth project completed for Thomas Safran and Associates in five years and the largest to date.
