La Buena Ventura located in Panorama City is a 34-unit, ground-up apartment development project. The project consists of a 20,625 SF lot and will include one level of subterranean parking, one level of on- grade parking, and four levels of Type V apartments. The project utilizes a 35% density bonus and includes four Very Low Income Restricted Affordable Units.
