Pacific Empire Builders provides pre-construction, construction management, and general contracting services on housing, retail, office, industrial and tenant improvement projects across Southern California, Southern Nevada and beyond. As the preferred builder for our development partners, the Pacific Empire Builders team is brought in early to collaborate with owners, architects and design professionals to optimize the design through constructability review and identification of value engineering opportunities.  Our vision is to develop frictionless Owner – Designer – Builder partnerships that deliver well planned projects and achieve the Owner’s budget and schedule objectives.
