1094 South E Street Project Completed

The City of San Bernardino awarded Pacific Empire Builders (PEB) a Certificate of Occupancy for its conversion of a former big-box retail building into offices for the County of San Bernardino Department of Children and Family Services. PEB completed this project for affiliate developer and sponsor Serrano Development Group (SDG). The 42,000 square foot office building on 4.21 acres, is located in the heart of San Bernardino, immediately adjacent to the Inland Center Mall and served by the new $100M Omnitrans sbX E Street Corridor Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project, the first-of-its-kind express service to be constructed in the Inland Empire. This project represents the fifth ground-up or acquisition/rehab project for the County of San Bernardino by PEB and SDG in the past five years.

Pacific Empire Builders was selected to build the Geneva @ Hughes Apartments in Palms, CA. The project is a 27 unit market rate apartment project, located in close proximity to the Palms Station of the new Exposition line, which connects Culver City to the Santa Monica Pier. Pacific Empire Builders was hired by 9495 Rembert Lane, LLC. The project architect is Hochhauser Blatter Architecture and Planning.

Pacific Empire Builders completed its 42 unit affordable housing project for developer Thomas Safran and Associates. The project boasts three stories of type V construction over a type I podium and includes live/work units and 1,500 square feet of retail leased to Subway. The project is the fourth ground up project and seventh multifamily project PEB has completed for Thomas Safran and Associates.
