Henderson Industrial Park is a multi-tenant industrial development on 6.78 acres of commercially-zoned land located in Henderson, Nevada.  The project involves ground-up construction of a single free-standing building with approximately 105,000 square feet of multi-tenant warehouse space; which can be subdivided into any configuration of up to four units and is located immediately adjacent to US-95 with convenient access to I-215 and I-15.
